Penn Credit calling a relative of their target and ties up phone line with prerecorded message so you can't hang up. Their main number 800-900-1381 was blocked and after 10 attempts to access my answering machine they resorted to a more local number hoping I would become their victim. That number is also blocked and law enforcement has been notified.

Have received 15 calls from these scumbags wanting me to pay some phony debt from someone else. They need to be sued for everything they have plus triple!!!

If they call you, after they have received the letter, then you can sue.
