I have been getting these calls but not answering an unknown number. The number keeps coming up on my caller ID with '+' in front of it. I didn't know what that meant, so I'm glad I checked all these posts...now I have to figure out how to block a number on my cell phone.

I've had two or three calls from this number - so far haven't made it to the phone in time to pick up - but didn't recognize it and decided to "google" it before calling back. I'm thankful that inquiry led to this site.
Now that I know what it is I won't pick up. I thought it was strange that the person hasn't left a message.
