We keep receiving calls from "Alex" every other day asking to speak with my boss about the website. I have told him to stop calling several times but he continues to call. Very unprofessional, sometimes belligerent.

609-606-9990 called my cell (I have a few personal websites) and when I told him I wasn't interested he got very beligerant. I told him to piss of. I'll be blocking the number.
As far as pissing off the receptionist...you don't know business at all if you attempt to bully the one person who can make or break your sales call. I had a rude one tell me that "You just answer the phone"...my response was "Yep, and I also hang it up...CLICK"
You'll never get thru to the people who write the checks if you [***] the gate keeper!
