I just got a call from LARRY DAVIS! He was so unbelieveably verbally abusive, I am completely rattled! I don't owe anyone  any money, I actually just pulled my credit report last week and so I grabbed it while I was on the phone with him and tried to tell him that and he just WENT OFF. I asked him for pertinent information about the "supposed debt" I owed (acct number, the amount etc.) and he NEVER even gave it to me, then I was even more confused, so I just told him that if I ACTUALLY OWED money a legitimate company would have send me a damn letter making me aware of it and requiring I respond with in a certian time line; a letter they are required to give you before a debt goes to collections, and hits your credit. After many minutes of trying to get the info, and repeated failure due to his lack of composure, I just laughed and said "Riiight I don't know WTF this is but if I REALLY OWED your Dumb A**ES you'd have sent me a summons to court! What idiots! No way in hell they are lawyers in my opinion, and if they are, man they are the most ignorant ones I've ever heard in my life! Scary.

Frank White from Attorney Office of Lawrence Heckler called my parent's phone number and left a message for me stating he needed to speak with me immediately.  I have no idea what this is about and when I looked up this telephone number, I saw all of the calls above.  He left a Reference #, but I have not done anything wrong and can't think of anyone I owe money to.  This appears to be a scam so I do not plan on calling him back.

You are so right.  If they were a legitimate company or law office, they would have sent you many letters by now with a copy of whatever you owe them for.  Years ago I rec'd a similar call from another company/law office and I told them that I refused to speak to them and that everything must be in writing. I also requested their attorney bar number and whated to know what state they were from - they would not provide this to me over the phone.   The idiot actually asked me for my address.  I told him I thought you had this information.  Here it is 5 years later and I have never rec'd a thing, nothing even on my credit report.

Serious scammers!!!!  I guess they are desperate if they were screaming at you.

Here's some more info - after their excessive non stop rudeness The Law offices of Laurence A. Hecker sent me a letter. I did a little research and the return address listed is actually a Travel Agency 2C south Gold Drive, Hamilton, NJ 08691. Here is the link scroll down to New Jersey and you will see the address

If they want your name and number give it to them as they already have it but that is it - just keep repeating "stop calling this number." Don't engage them in any other conversation. "Stop calling this number. Repeat". Don't be afraid of this "guy" as I think he was disbarred but I can't verify that information.

Collection agency that calls repeatedly.  The are pretty stupid to think that a scam artist would give their actual phone number out.  Instead they call the bogus number, which happens to be yours, and insist you are  not who you say you are.  Apparently that is very effective and provides results....LOL. I can't wait for their daily call tomorrow at 8:30am. I'm pretty sure I know who I am.
