The caller id said Dir Assist  NJ.  The person had an accent from India and said they were Microsoft tech support.  We hung up

Caller ID said Dir Assist NJ. Man with an Indian accent said he was from Microsoft Technical  Support. I told him that was BS and hung up on him. These brazen imbeciles are just too much!!!! Hope they rot in Hell!

Same person just called me, he knew my first and last name. He had a very strong accent possibly Indian. Wanted to help me with my computer and said I had to pull my computer up so he could help me with my problem. I told him he had the wrong number. Must be some kinds scam to get bank information.

Receiving calls on Cell Phone that is on DNC list... no one on line this time but in past received the scam calls about being from Microsoft and they have been alerted that my computer is infected with a virus... same BS they want you to log in give them access to your device (remote in) and they are going to fix the issue... only to place infected files on device (if not steal your files and personal info) then tell you it will cost $$$ for the repair...
