Called several times this last week, three times this morning.  Want to sell us a "final benefits" life insurance policy.  Silence while a dispatcher identifies the line as live and assigns an agent, then a young man, sometimes with foreign accent, in an audible boiler room.

Caller ID is "Hopewell, NJ" and is indeed a Comcast VoIP phone in Hopewell, NJ, a tiny community about 30 miles SW of NYC.
