These people call you and tell you they are going to sue you for a loan you don't have.  I don't know where these people get your info aside from previous applications with various loan companies, but it's a scam.  Do not give them any information.  I simply tell them that they know the are scammers, I do not have any outstanding loans, and if they continue to call I'll sue them for harassment.  Do not listen to these scumbags!

So this weird guy calls me AND MY WORK(heavy indian accent) and leaves me a message saying i have to call him back immediately or my attorney and if not god bless me. I immediately goggled the the company name which was called winston and associates located in Texas.  I called back asking the name of the company to see if he would say something different and he said winston and associates after i asked where they are located he said burlington, "what state?" i asked, New Jersey.  That company does not even exist there!  He was claiming he was a paralegal and that i was being sued for some social security reason i had no knowledge of. I started to get smart with his saying no one has summoned me about anything so i should i know this is real because it sounds fake to me. He then started reading my information to like my bday, ss, and where i worked but i simply just told him nope thats not right. I still kept saying i dont believe this and he started getting really rude and cussing at me. I told him how unprofessional he sounded and that i know this is fake so please stop calling me and trying to scam me. THEN!! things went way outta line and he started getting inappropriate asking me do i like dicks. i replied with "excuse me?!" and he still went on asking if i like dicks big long dicks. after that i just hung up.  complete waste of time and complete FRAUD!

I was advised to get some info from them as to what the company name was and what dollar amount they were seeking.  The man who said his name was Abdula proceeded to make derogatory remarks as to sexual favors and refused to answer my questions.  He continued on in this manner until he asked me if I remembered today was 9/11 and that his people had attacked my country on this day.  He then told me my address and threatened to come to my home with a bomb and blow me up, stating that my town would no longer exist.  I kept him on the line just because I didn't want to give him the satisfaction of making me angry.  He said I was basically a cheap [***] who would die without a penny to his name.  Then I asked him what is was he does with his day, he said "[***] people like you" and hung up.

He kept asking me how much he would have to pay me to [***] and making offers.  I told him he could probably fit in my ear and couldn't afford me.  He also called my work and made derogatory statements to my boss, which she was not pleased about.  I can't believe their are people who fall for these scams.
