keeps calling about hearing aid.

this number calls every day 3 times in a row !!! what a pain in the a** !!!!

Does the town of Hightstown have a BBB?  I'm so over getting calls from this town!  Different numbers all the time.  If it's about hearing aids, the last one that called will need one as I blew an airhorn into the phone!! ;)

How can a town call you? Its a scammer spoofing numbers from the town most likely.
Blowing an airhorn won't have any effect on the person at the other end, since sound is reduced as it travels through the lines and the volume is determined by them, not you.

How can it be legal if you have them blocked and you are registered on the do no call list
