Telemarketer calling from Princeton, NJ. Hung up when I answered.

1/30/17 I've noticed a pattern today that is concerning - as I report older calls as well as recent ones, at least 15 ,  over 2 wk period, 90%  of the calls are related to  places where I either currently live or work, places where I grew up,  places where family is currently living or  had resided until passing away and where my friends currently reside. The callers also managed to get  their grimy, sleazy hands on my private number, an unlisted number which I provide directly and guardedly.  Someone must have given it out,a friend or doctor's office or an agency whom  I trusted NOT to share it.  I make it very clear they are not to share that number with anyone or anything.   The scammers and spoofers were *bizzzy* those last 2 weeks of Jan. a pita to report and erase.

do you keep track of dates of calls or do you report them day of ? are your calls "originating" from familiar (to your life)  places ? I ask bc I'm from S. Jersey.
