Live person.  Identified himself as from ORC survey company, then asked if was calling me on a home or cell phone--did not ask if I wanted to participate.  Advised I was at work and could not speak & did not want to participate, thanked, and hung up.  (I am on the Nat'l DO NOT CALL list)
