Scammer phone number! Beware! Got a text inquiring about a furniture piece i had listed on Craigslist. Scammer asked me: 'Do you still have this item available?', and i answered yes. Scammer replies: 'Okay.  Will you accommodate paying with a Cashier Check Delivered On Saturday and will wait till it clears your bank before pick up made at your place by my movers ? if its yes, Do get back to me with your name and mailing address to mail the check to..? Mrs Linda Cowell'
Once i replied that i only accept cash payment for local pickup only, i never heard back from them.

Beware people selling things on Craigslist. This cell phone contacted me via text. I have an item for sale in Southern California and this number is registered in New Jersey. When I asked why they would be interested in an item across the country they didn't reply. Definitely a scam!

Typical CL scam. They text you to ask if your item is still available. Then they text you for an address to mail a cashiers check to. If only I could reach through my phone, the world would be minus at least one less scammer....
