Told me a report was file don my behalf, yet when I called back I was on hold for 3 minutes. I wanted to get this resolved so I was willing to wait but there is only so much "You can call me Al" by Paul Simon I can listen to.

This call comes through on my cell phone on a daily basis about the same time everyday. I DO NOT answer any call that comes up on my cell if I do not know them. They do always leave a message which I do not bother with either. So who ever you are....GET A LIFE ALREADY!
