Keeps calling and hanging up on my voicemail. Never leaves a message. Caller ID says it's from Beach Haven, NJ

Calls every day. Person listens to the message on my answering machine (obviously I'm not home) and then leaves a message asking to talk to me. When I call the number there is a recording - "The number you have called is not in service."
