I've gotten several of these calls, all from different numbers saying I've qualified for a 'payday loan', strange, since I never APPLIED for such a loan, ever.  Blocking this number too, and reporting it.  Usually don't answer them, did this once.. usually they actually leave that same message when I don't answer.

"Hello! You've recently applied for a payday loan… "  *CLICK* that's where I hang up. Caller ID stated "New Jersey", but no company name.

"Hello! You've recently...Payday loan..."  This has to be the 3rd time in the last 6 months.  I've NEVER applied for a Payday loan and I've reported this to the no call at least once if not both previous times.
