received call Aug. 6 at 10:12 AM message left on my voice mail regharding lowering my credit score. I do not answer calls that I do not know from whom.  I recive 2 - 3 calls a day from these robo calls. Complaints to the FTC are usless. FTC does not have enforcement powers apparently. Over the past 6 years I must have received hundreds of calls on my home and cell phone. Complaints were filed but now, I just ignore the calls and do not answer. I delete the voice mail always.
