This stinkin' outfit calls my CELL phone frequently. All I can find out on the internet is that it is a landline in Atlantic and I have to PAY for a name.

I got this call too. I submitted a complaint with FCC. I suggest everyone do the same. http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

Sounds like phishing scam. The call left voicemail and says you win a 2 day cruise if you complete a political survey. I don't answer unknown numbers.
