spoke with Stacey Rice states she from Albright and Carson Associates that there are fraud charges pending on me from nonpayment of  not one but two payday loans one with mutual holdings and one this access processing. with Wachovia bank 2010 and 2009. asked for docket number for the courts which she could not produce, I wanted her to send me paperwork on this and the loan and again told me could not do that.
I told her I haven't had an account this Wachovia since 1998

Please stop these people from calling

I've been getting all the last few weeks. I don't pick it up. Same message and all too. But now they r calling my number too

Yesterday it was a payday loan that was in collections that I never took out and today it's theft by deception from an employer that if I don't respond will be garnishing my wages at 30%! Please stop these people from calling

Someone I know and myself keep getting calls from this number. I had it blocked, but took off the block to answer the call to tell them they are scam artists.  I confronted the woman nicely asking who she was, what company she worked for, address, phone number etc. but kept getting are you "xxx xxx".  Finally I confronted more forceably and still the same thing.  Told not to ever call again, the number hadd/was being reported as a scam operation.  She refused to identify herself, yet kept asking me who I was.  I told her well you called me you should know who you're calling you dialed my number I didn't call you.  Blocked number again.
