Received a call to my cell phone and a voicemail from this number identifying itself as "credit card services" and leaving an offer to lower credit card interest rates. Calls are constant and unwanted. Call blocking appears to be disabled for this number. However, a return call to the number was answered by a voicemail with an option to press 1 to request and prohibit future calls. Sounds like a phishing scam of some kind to random phone numbers but that's a guess on my part. Calls appear to originate from New Jersey.
