Similar story as above, a lady speaking english said I had unpaid advertising costs.  She sounded unprofessional, pretty easy to tell it was a scam.  I'd like to show her the back of my hand.

Just keep track of your expenses etc and nobody will scam you.

I am getting really tired of these companies!  We are keeping a file of just these "advertising" scammer because they are so clever to change their name slightly and call again!  Really, scamming a church . . . . Someone else said it, keep good records and NEVER accept a verbal contract.

Make them STOP!! We get calls nearly every day. They always ask for the owner, of which I am, but do not tell them until I have asked THEM over and over again, "What is this regarding?" They ALWAYS hang up

this male stated I owed $ 800.00 for 2 years of advertisement online, would not give me much info about his company.  He told me I was rude.  He sid he did'nt need a contract to make his bill legal.  I finally hung up on him.

I received a call from a guy who said his name was Brian Howard. He said that he worked for National Business Advertising, and said that I owed a little over $800 for advertisement that was started in 2011. I asked him what month and he said he didn't know. Then he said that it probably started in June or July. I told him That I was not paying and he said that I would continue getting billed and cannot cancel the advertisement until I paid the bill. What worries me is that he or his company will report me to the credit bureau for something that I didn't ask for.
