How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

need to remove phone privilege from identity of this caller that abuses others with calling like credit score

That'd be pretty hard to do,  since your callers are most probably located in India and Pakistan.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
