To All,
I reported to Federal Trade Commission and gave them this number. This is obviously a scam, and someone should look into it. I suggest all of you report as well. They advised me NOT to answer and NOT to speak with any representative.
Called my cell phone - didn't answer. I also did a reverse phone look up and then googled "Thomas Doyle in Dodgeville" and there are some websites that try to get you to let the "antivirus" scan your computer, etc. before you can view the contents of the website.

Called my cell about a half hour ago. I've been learning not to answer when I don't recognize the number, as I'm getting a lot more of this cell spam of late.
