Yup, I answer they hang up. 742 is a Portage, WI number.

This is a collection agency out of Portage, they collect mostly medical bills, they hang up all the time which makes me wonder how much collecting they do.

I get calls from this number atleast 10 times a day. Everytime I answer they hang up. They NEVER leave a voicemail either. I am not even in WI. I am in CA. Explain that to me???? I have family in WI. Did they put my number??? Its frustrating and annoying.

I ANSWER the calls, and it's... silence. I even left the call running live for 30 seconds to see if some auto-dial connection system or auto message was delayed. Nothing. No background noise... just... silence.
Frankly, I'd be happy to pay this stupid thing off. But no one is ever there.
