Computer generated voice usually at other end or a southern accent male . Caller ID states Belleville, WI today, but will come as Janesville or Beloit, WI calls as well. Makes 3 calls consecutively. There are apps to download that supposedly block these numbers for a cell phone, and if not a cell, phone companies allow you to block a certain amount of numbers as well. Still need to investigate how to do it and it is usually free of charge. This number, along with two other numbers, have been calling for weeks/months now. I finally disconnected my answer machine and ignore the call. Sometimes if I answer these calls, they would disconnect. I have done some research that states you should try to keep them talking as long as possible because it will end up costing them money in the long run when you are taking up their time, then they can't keep calling other people AND may just try to get your phone number removed from their calling list.
