i got the same call like every day since mid feb 09. i finally talked to the rep and it started by him statting that they're affiliated with sce.  i assumed that it's souther cal edison, our power company.  started off giving info on how much i'll save using an energy saver light bulbs. survey started by asking ?'s bout # of lights in the house.  then it got to # of people in the household, age range, etc...  i cut off the call when we got to the age range.  this must be a freekin scam!
