Received scam call from this number, and  Erica Daniels, and she was claiming I had 2 complaints against me for bank fraud for failing to pay delinquent payday loan and that if I didn't pay, arrest would happen. Caller claimed to be from State Filing and Legal Services. Googled it and didn't find anything related to that office. Beware of this scam and don't pay anything!! Furthermore, I asked for information and the person didn't know anything, and sent me over to the legal department. I then asked how to pay, and they didn't know and claimed that they had to send me to the payment department for payment via money gram, or similar non bank related form of paynent. Again, just a scam!

I just reciebed a call saying the EXACT same thing as above that I had 2 warrants out for my arrest for bank fraud. Mind you I asked repeatedly what bank this was supposed to be and couldn't get an answer , she was rude and simply kept reading through some script , only being released from the hospital for major surgery 2 days ago I informed her of this fact and that I would like to know the information and she continued reading her script gives me a Pennsylvania phone number and some case number , I call the number and it plays music and no one answered . I am very stressed at this point so I call my bank , they have no idea what it could be in reference to as I have had no fraudulent activity. I them look the number up and see this is not the first time someone has had this happen. Be careful. They claim to be the state of Wisconsin filings and leagal services for the state of Wisconsin bank fraud  which makes anyone upset to hear and believe they could have a valid point.

These people have failed in life, they have reached their last resort and that is trying to scam, extort, and scare money out of people. Unfortunately there are enough people gullible enough to pay these broom closet bottom feeders to keep them going. Please take the time to make a report to the Federal Trade commission website and the FBI for wire fraud. Be sure to include voicemails left and any numbers associated with these scum.
