SCAMMERS! A real 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization would not hide their name and conduct themselves in the manner as stated by numerous victims here and elsewhere.  They made a critical mistake by calling a secure WITPRO (Witness Protection) location where all incoming calls are traced to their point of origin and not by the spoof caller ID. The agency is now required to visit them.

Hang up call. Called back and a guy answered. Another site says its from one of the Police Charity scams asking for donations. I have blocked 2 of those scammers in the last week so it probably is them again.
