I answered the phone and a female (no accent) asked if I knew someone (I'll call him Mr. X) who lived in the home across the street from me.  I said there was no one in that house by that name that I knew of.  I also said I was disabled, elderly and didn't get out much so I couldn't help them locate whomeer they were looking for.  Gotta feeling it is some kind of bounty hunter operation.  I'm reporting it to FTC.
