Lady claimed to be from Goodman, but something smells fishy because the same sounding voice called me an hour ago claiming to be from another company.  ID listed the number as private.

It might be Goodman; we get these calls sometimes, and we actually do buy some weird parts from them.

It's goodman or a firm goodman used for customer relations. We t contractors and get their calls frequently. Btw- it's those weird "how can we help you sell more of our product" type marketing calls that I fail to see the benefit in.
