Payback is right. I guess they are trying to use scare tactics for some reason but I dont get it. I block them also.

I got a message on my answering machine saying the same thing. I have been getting missed calls from strange 607 numbers a lot the last few weeks, this is the first number that has left a message.

I also received a message from Mr Black that I could be arrested. This was after I used some loan matching service on the web. Looks like he may have gotten my number from one fo them.
