If they ask for money up front then its a scam! Don't do it! Its illegal to ask for money up front period!

Trusted this man, Jan Thomson or Thomas to process a loan but I GOT BURN!!!! DON'T BELIEVE IT. He claimed that he works for Advance Loan Service

He just called me...offered me a loan for 5 grand...BUT, I had to put $210.00 on a "green.moneypackvoucher"????? its a card that you can buy at any store, you put the $ on it, call the loan guy back and tell him the 14 digits on the back of the card and then he will transfer $5,000 to your debit card or bank account!!!!!!! what an IDIOT!!!!!

Payday loans are illegal in most States of the US. To ask for an advance fee, for any reason, to obtain a loan is illegal - period. Any mention of a wire transfer (Western Union, Money Pak, Money Gram, Green Dot, etc.) to obtain a loan, receive a prize, gift, Government Grant, etc. is a scam. 100% Every time. These services are cash. That's why the scammers use them.
