The man with the foreign accent called me saying his name is David Williams stating I had won 3.6 million dollars and a new Mercedes. He asked me if I would be at home all take to sign for my prize. When I said no he told me to call John Chopper at 607-542-3637 and He will arrive within 2 hours so I could sign for the prize. I asked what the cost would be to receive the prize and he stated all charges to me will be reimbursed. 'David Williams' called back a few minutes from the number 876-412-8666 later asking why I hadn't called John Chopper yet but hung up on me when I told him I was reporting his scam to the sheriffs dept. and the cops were going to bust his door down and arrest everyone there.

THIS IS A SCAM - My parents received a phone call from "Joe Carter" who spoke with a very heavy accent.  The only thing they could understand was something about a package being delivered and a phone number to verify the address.  the phone number was 607-542-3637.  Luckily we google it first before returning any phone calls.

Received a call from "Mr. Joe Carter." Said he was calling from Publisher's Clearinghouse with a package for me and asked me to call this number. He actually got nasty when I asked for information. Unbelievable.
