Once or twice a day (SAME TIMES EACh DAY) I receive this number on caller ID -UNKNOWN 607-436-2886 and have been for weeks.  Very annoying.  Am reporting number to NYS Do Not Call Regestry EVERY time they call from now on.  It has stoppeed telemarketers in the past.  Sure hope it helps this time too.

It looks like it may be SUNY Oneonta looking for a handout. They are relentless in their money efforts.
