Caller id was MARK VCHR. Only one ringy dingy so I think the roboguy got this one.

Called and hung up on 3/29 & 4/24, no message. First tine caller id said Ithaca NY and the second just had a number string repeting the phone number. Probably a Scammers or Fraud of some type.
