several different scams out there. I would think if they were going to prosecute the would send registered mail or a person with a badge and handcuffs,not a phone caller robot.

This is a robo call threatening me with federal criminal offense if I don't do something -- I monitor my calls and the first part is cut off. I think it is the spam IRS racket.

This recorded call threatened me and said I had committed a crime and wanted me to talk to their representative.
