Received a call from this number. Caller ID said, "Binghamton, NY". I didn't recognize the number and let it go to voicemail. They left no message. A telemarketer, I assume.

I received a call from 607-304-3102 asking for my address and wanting me to commit to giving an amount of money.
I said I don't take solicitations over the telephone and then asked him for a website where I could read about them and possibly donate through it.  He told me to go to www.pcny.org. It appears to be a legitimate website.   He again asked me to donate right now.  I started to tell him how much I respect the police and he hung up.  I did not find a place on the PCNY website to make a donation, so I think it was a scam call.

PBA insisted I give my credit card for the Police Association donation.  I told them to send me something in the mail as we don't send money over the phone.  He hung up.
