I have received 2 phone calls from this number in the last 4 hours-the voice on the robo-call is a strong African accent that Says represents the "united states? Dept" (could have been treasury dept.) I recognized the call as an overseas call and hung up. I wonder how many times they will call back before they give up?

This number has called twice in the past 20 minutes. Strong accent. He claims he's with the United States Federal (???) Department. Then he hangs up. Caller blocked.

I've received 2 phone calls from this number within the last couple of hours as well; which prompted me to Google the number...after reading the comments from this post I've just added it to my block calls list... Thanks for the info

I get as many as six phone calls from this number DAILY. If I answer, no one is there. If I try to call back, it says it's a non working number. If it's a non working number, how in the heck is it calling me constantly?
How do I block it?
