They say they are from At&The billing, they demandid a green dot for payment of $150.00 THEN says it did not go through and demanded $180.00 twice more. Now they say in order to get my money back I must send another $490.00.

I believe this is a fraud but I can not reach AT&The to confirm.

They found a "live one", and apparently stung you several times.

If you are an AT&T subscriber, you have paper invoices from them, right?
Call the number on the invoice.
However, AT&T will not refund you, since they were not the people that scammed you.
