We are getting calls from this number, but is listed as name unavailable. We never answer calls with no caller ID. If they want to talk to someone, they need to either leave a message or identify who they are.

I just got a call from them while I was on another call. No message left. I have autopay so I don't know what they want. Leave a damn message if there is a reason for the call.

They just called a bit ago but left no message. Sounds like it's Navient then. Sallie Mae split into another company called Navient and Sallie Mae "sold" them half their loan business. I spaced and forgot so I'm behind one payment and that's most likely why they're calling any of us...if you're a dude with student loans through Sallie Mae...and now Navient.

It's Sallie Mae.....amazing they call quick. My loan payment is due on the 8th....I waited until payday today to pay them....still received a call. I laugh at them. They are nice if ya talk with them, but really a few days late on a loan I usually am never late with.

All your federal student loans have now been moved to Navient! If you are out of college and it's been 6 months or more since you left or graduate. Navient handles your federal loans. Sallie Mae will handle your private loans because they are now 2 separate companies!

Your best course of action is to go online at Navient.com and click on "manage your loans"..the farther behind you get...the more interest you are going to owe. Call them and request a "financial hardship" deferment if you can't afford to pay right now. This will at least stop them from calling for 6 to 12 months depending on what you qualify for!
