This number calls me every day between 12-1pm EST. If you answer the call you just get dead air.
If you don't answer the call, they don't leave a voice message. Caller ID = Unknown

I believe this guy sell your name and number to telemarketing firms, he operates from dating sites. I think he also think its funny to call you and say nothing.
