I received three calls in February from this number, this was before I got a new phone. Today I charged up my old phone to retrieve another number, and surprise! The (old) phone hadn't been on for 10 minutes before good old 607.203.5582 rang again! I wonder how many people actually do answer and go along with their scheme? It must be plenty- I can't imagine how else these irritating callers get paid...

Called  childs cell phone 5 times today. I called them, its a recorded message offering a cruise. I don't know how to get them to stop calling her.

I just received a call from this number, if I don't know it, I don't answer it. Very annoyed that I'm getting unsolicited calls, cancelling my cell service!

This is Bartlett Inc, an agressive and relentless" telemarketing compay", illegally contacting consumers and offering free trip, cruise. Then they require your credit card number, address (with cc billing zipcode). File a complaint with the FCC and register all your phones on Do Not Call Registry.

Those fooled by the "free cruise" scammers, will be left waiting at the dock, for a ship that never comes, while the scammers sail away with their credit card information!
