got a call from my bank. Said i was scammed. They told me i was going to jail on warrents from the district attrny for a loan i nevr took. I gave them my bank card info and they took my moey. What do i do.

1.  The call was NOT from your bank!
2.  People are not arrested for ordinary debt.
3.  A phone call is not legally sufficient proof of debt.

Call your card issuer IMMEDIATELY, using the number on the back of your card, and stop payment!

Total scam collection company. They use a spoof caller id to make it seem as if they are calling from your area code. Using a fake name to sound like attorneys. You don't get arrested for not paying a bill! Most 3rd party collections don't file civil suits especially for payday loans. This is a sham. If you have given these people your debit card info........CHARGE BACK THE PAYMENT AND REPORT YOUR CARD STOLEN!!!!!!!

I chargd back my payment. came from a fabric store called C an C down town. Thy said thy was attornys but why the charge come thrugh as a fabric stor?  Thy is a scam. Looked up the business online came back wit this addrss.

I actually had a pleasant experience with a call I got from this same number, at first I too thought this was a scam, but they provided me with paperwork that shows they are a legit mediation company called Goldstein, Cruise, and Smith. I owed on a payday loan I had forgotten that I got way back in 2011. I was in danger of having a civil judgement on my credit so I am glad they gave me an opportunity to take care of my debt by offering me a very low settlement to pay way less than what I owe. THIS COMPANY IS DEFINATELY NOT A SCAM! I just think a lot of you dont like to pay your bills, and do whatever you can to bash this company to aviod having to pay what you owe1 Get it together people!!
