Called at 2:56 PM.  Caller ID says Binghamton New York.  After multiple "Hellos" back and forth, caller said "Hello, I'm (name) from warranty services".  Hung up and blocked.

I got a call from this number a couple of months ago.  Back-tracking at the time showed it was a legitimate cell phone.  I thought it was a wrong number so I didn't answer.  Apparently this is a new number for an old scam... car warranties.
