Criminals use high speed internet, VOIP, computers, and a few dollars in software. Always a good idea never to take, and especially call back, unknown numbers. I've been called by this "Autism Spectrum" now for the past three days on all different area codes and numbers. I especially was annoyed with an 8:13 AM call this morning. I work nights and don't need this.

Keep getting calls, don't know anyone in 607. I leave the line open until they get tired & hang up.
