scam it would seem stating that there was some sort of civil complaint in court against me.

this company said i was being sued over an old phone bill

(606) 262-5897   Phone call from a woman reportedly working for GDI (Global Discovery Inc.) a third party locating company looking to find a relative who has had a law suit filed against them and wants to serve them with a summons and papers. She asked that I take down the Law office's number of 844-623-1107 and have my relative refer to a specific case number and call the 844 number to rectify the legal situation. She said she would postpone the summons for 2 hrs for the person to call back. Total scam! Watch who you trust. Didn't even bother returning any calls. Reporting them to FCC.

FYI........Did you know it is illegal to claim to be an attorney if you are not?  You can NOT stop supeona service if it is already issued... SCAM caller!!

I have received multiple calls from this phone number stating that they are a third party company and someone has filed a law suite against me in regards to an old cell phone bill. This is a scam do not proceed with their call.
