I did not answer but come to find out it's a scam I would like to be able not to receive these calls

Got a call from this number on 4/29/16 @ 2:41 PM Eastern time. It was a recorded message saying that they were from "Credit Card Relief Services", and that they were monitoring my accounts, and, if I owed over $10,000 in credit card debt, I can press 9 and speak to an agent. At this point, I hung up. THIS IS A SCAM!!! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!

Usually, I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize, and, usually, they don't leave messages. This time I did answer it, because I do know people from this area code. If I get calls but don't answer, I at least post here to let others know of activity from this number. If I do answer, I try to post as many details as I can, to educate and warn others.

Called cell today, Truecaller App identified the caller as Margaret Smith, with the number based out of Williamsburg, KY. I love this app because it cuts down on the spam and identifies them, to boot.
