Ask for Michael and when you say you have the wrong number they say, "maybe you can help" at which point I hang up. I've had this same situation from a variety of local numbers, always asking for Michael. Annoying.

missed call, no message. i called back and a message automatically plays. The message tells you to press 1 to be placed on a do not call list "for the number that called you" . Then it takes 48 hrs. Nothing tells you who they are or what they want.
