This company calls about every day leaving an incomplete message. Their automated messaging system is incompetent; it cannot tell that my phone is answered by an equally incompetent automated system, so I never get the full message. The only full sentence recorded says that the message is private and details will be given when the call is returned.
What they also don't know is I never return unidentified calls. My caller ID says the call is from Smith Rouchon, but how am I supposed to know if that number is spoofed or not? If they would be accepting return calls at the number from which the calls were placed, that might give me some peace of mind, however the portion of the message that gets recorded includes a number to call that's different from the number on my caller ID.
I looked up the website here: www.sra-inc.net and street address 1456 Ellis Ave, Jackson, MS 39204. The website provides yet a different phone number: (601) 355-5456 which I have no intention of calling. I do intend to send them a letter demanding that all further communication from their office be in writing as well as accurate and complete. We shall see how far that gets me.
