Spoke with a woman who demanded that I verify all my personal information before she told me who she was representing on this "legal matter" I refused to give her anything. She stated that she was with a company called Intel Direct who is collecting money from payday loans from a company called Longboat Services, LLC. I advised that never in my life have I applied or received money from a payday loan. If I want a loan I go to my local bank. She asked if the last four of my social she had on file was correct, I advised that it wasn't. She asked if my home address was correct that she had on file, haven't lived there in years. She stated that she will tell her "legal dept" that they have the wrong person for the account she was calling on. I proceeded to tell her that I will make it my mission in life to turn their company in to the US States Attorney to have them shut down. They have succeeded on shutting down bogus compaines like them before & they will do it again. I wished her a Merry Christmas because this will be the last their company will have and hung up the phone.

I called number 1-601-909-4404 they told me that I had a payday loan with sgq. I asked when the loan was done she said in june 2012. I told her I have spoken with my bank and they don't have a record. Then she tells me no you went into a payday loan company and they handed the funds to you. First of all I have NEVER been to a payday loan company and when I was trying to get her to answer my questions she starting lauphing. when I realized she was full of crap I told her not to call my number again. Let them try to serve me papers on something I never was handed. biggest scam ever.

I keep getting these calls treating me with court cases serving papers for almost 3 years now! I have no idea who is making these calls but I know it has gone on too long now! I hope the people who make these calls are caught,

This is what cracks me up - I've had no less than a dozen calls from these numbers about serving me with papers.  Don't they realize that after three or four first attempts, five or six second attempts, and another 8 or 9 third and final attempts that their threats fall on deaf ears?

I got another call today saying they are moving forward.  With what?  Another scam?  Yawn...

I got the same message from a couple different numbers finally called them back when they were there about ten times in a row telling them what I thought of them, scammer A finally started answering the phone "please stop harassing us" to which I replied a string of expletives, put someone else on the phone and they said they would remove my number.  Long story short spam the spammers!!
