I have a land line and a referee's whistle, and I'm not afraid to use it.  

left no message and when I called back I'm told that this number is no longer in service, really 3 minutes later!!!

Rachel the recording from card services. Pressed 1 to waste their time and spoke to Josh who offered to lower my interest rate for any card over 10% interest. I told him I paid less than 10% and he said he was sorry to have bothered me. Only 25 minutes later Rachel the recording called back from 410-443-7853, again I pressed 1 and told the person that I had been called only minutes ago by Josh and I did not qualify for their offer. She said she would update the records. I told her that if they call back it would be 3 documented calls and I could report them.

I got a phone call from 601/734-5595.  There was no one there.  I have had calls from this number before about reducing my credit card interest rate.  I do not own a credit card.
