This person says his name is Richard Dennis from the Martin Law Firm, he has a strong accent maybe spanish, but when I looked up Marting Law Firm, they stated that to be careful because it was fraudulently using their name.

I received the same call from Friday until today. I also looked them up and its a scam. I've had similar calls in the past where they say the same thing almost to the tee. I will not call them back. They are fraud and I will report them to the FTC.

These people (they have a strong middle eastern accent) are fraud.  I've received upwards of 26 phone calls from them from last Thursday to today, with numerous voicemail messages threatening me.  Verbal threats to arrest me unless I give them my personal information have been made and this morning when I questioned the name address and attorney registration/BAR number (they couldn't provide a BAR number) resulting in me being called a b*tch and now if I try to call the number back it is a constant busy signal.  THEY ARE A FRAUD - DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO

Received a call 601-633-0442 the caller wouldnt clearly identify himself, explanation of the call or who he represents, only demanding for personal informations and threaten if u do not comply to his questions with a lawsuit.  A total idiot would know not to give out any nfos. to a stranger or to accept this call is for real.
A total scammer and block any calls u should further attempts is made to your number.

This [***] called me this evening with threats of having my husband arrested for an unpaid citation, but when I asked him questions he refused to give me any information only saying the police would be here in the morning... what a douche. If it's true i'll find out in the morning and he won't be here anyway, idiot.
